Scholarship Programs
In many countries education is the only means of breaking out of poverty. Even a good education is no guarantee of getting a good job; but without an education, poverty is assured. Africa is the second-largest and second most populous continent on earth. With high unemployment rates and significant poverty levels, many have few means to improve the basic standards of life. Foundation Outreach International Board members have over a decade of experience with selecting candidates and providing scholarships for needy students in Africa and the Philippines. Foundation Outreach International is excited to provide hard working students with the opportunity to create a better future for themselves and those around them.
